Bookings and confirmations
Safari and excursion services are confirmed after the agreed booking requirements have been met. The final itinerary, accommodation, transport and inclusions are those stated in the confirmed quotation.
Changes and cancellations
Any amendment or cancellation is subject to the conditions of the confirmed service providers and the terms communicated at booking.
Travel responsibility
Guests are responsible for valid travel documents, insurance, visas and personal requirements relevant to their journey.
